Shimpo Instruments is proud to introduce the new DART 2.0 FGV-XY Series Digital Force Gauge with FREE Toriemon USB Software! The FGV-XY Series digital force gauge combines the extensive features of the Shimpo DFS series with the rugged, ergonomic, and compact design of the original DART series to provide a complete force testing instrument for a variety of industries.
The small and ergonomically designed DART II digital force gauge provides an easy-to-manipulate hand held force gauge for incoming quality inspection, finished goods testing, R&D, and other force related applications. On board statistics calculations provide fast access to maximum, minimum, average and standard deviation data.
With the increased awareness for SPC, (statistical process control) and data collection/record keeping, the DART 2.0 digital force gauge with Toriemon USB software is a highly cost effective method for your customers to attain compliance. Data collected using Toriemon USB software may be displayed graphically or in tabular fashion, with date and user ID stamping. With its expanded memory capacity, saving test results and downloading them at a later time has never been easier.
The DART 2.0 digital force gauge is fully portable. Under battery or AC power, it is as useful on the shop floor as it is mounted to a Shimpo force test stand. The intuitive design and dual labeled keypad allows the gauge to be flipped 180 degrees for easy reading while mounted to a Shimpo force Test Stand.
Accurate, rugged, and reliable, the DART and now DART 2.0 digital force gauge has proven itself in some of the toughest jobs. Wallboard, wire pull, wire crimp, trigger pull, brake pedal, aerospace ceramic, spring, food ripeness, corrugated paper strength, blister pack, medical component, muscle strength, and ergonomic testing are all applications where the SHIMPO DART 2.0 digital force gauge series excels.
