Analog Oscilloscopes

Fundamentally, an analog oscilloscope works by applying the measured signal voltage directly to the vertical axis of an electron beam that moves from left to right across the oscilloscope screen – usually a cathode-ray tube (CRT). The CRT creates a sharp, legible display. People often prefer analog oscilloscopes when it is important to display rapidly varying signals in “real time” – or, as they occur.

We continue to sell and rent analog oscilloscopes for your application in which a digital oscilloscope cannot meet your needs.

If you need assistance selecting or configuring an analog oscilloscope for your test & measurement application please contact us at toll free 1.866.363.6634 or email us at sales@calright.com.
