Relative humidity (RH) is the amount of water vapor (moisture) in the air. Humidity measurement control is required for many industries such as heating and air conditioning, food processing / transportation and industrial processes.
Hygrometers or thermo-hygrometers are commonly used to measure relative humidity and temperature in homes, offices, museums, production environments, and laboratories.
We carry wallmount and desktop models which are designed for continuous temperature and humidity monitoring of spaces with some added features such as datalogging (recording of readings over programmed intervals of time) and alarms with visual and audible indicators to alert you when preset humidity thresholds have been reached.
Our handheld portable models are rugged, accurate and designed for fast response in on-the-spot temperature and humidity measurements. Added features such as humidity probes allow you to quickly test vents, confined spaces and custom applications. Advanced features such as hand-held indicators with additional inputs allow connection to a remote sensor. Stored temperature and humidity readings are transferred from the remote sensor to the indicator and can be downloaded to a PC for data management and further analysis.
